Affordable House Cleaning
We clean your house, so you don’t have to.
We use a detailed checklist to ensure that your home is cleaned from top to bottom, on every visit. Our system was developed through more than 20 years of professional cleaning experience, and enables us to guarantee that a consistently clean and beautiful space every time. Here is how we do it:
Bathrooms
- Scrub and sanitize sink, shower, and toilet
- Wipe down and dust all surfaces that are reachable
- Sanitize door handles, knobs, and light switches
- Clean mirrors and glass fixtures
- Mop all tiled bathroom floors
- Empty the trash and recyclables
Kitchen
- Scrub and clean sink
- Wash cabinet faces and available surfaces on appliances
- Clean the microwave oven both outside and inside
- Clean all countertops
- Mop all floors with appropriate surfaces
- Wipe and dust every reachable surface
- Sanitize door handles, knobs, and light switches
- Clean all mirrors and any other glass fixtures
- Empty the trash and recyclables
Bedrooms and Living Areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Dust and wipe all reachable surfaces
- Sanitize door handles, knobs, and light switches
- Wipe mirrors and glass fixtures
- Clean and/or mop all floors
- Empty the trash and recyclable
- Change bed linens with the laundered set or other set as directed

Ironing
Look your best in well-ironed clothes.
Upon request, the cleaner we send to your home can also do your ironing. We can iron about 8 shirts per hour, as well as other items including linen, blouses, etc. In order to order ironing services, please make sure you have a suitable place in your for ironing, an appropriate ironing surface, and an iron.

Laundry
Towels, sheets, blankets, and other bedding and home fabrics need to be cleaned.
Laundry Service
We are happy to clean sheets, towels, table cloths -- really any household fabric that requires laundering.
Ventura Coast House Cleaning will wash, dry, fold and put away your items where you want them to be -- on a bed, couch, table, or in a closet. We pride ourselves in being laundry experts. Every client's laundry is looked-after by our cleaners. Ventura Coast House Cleaning takes great care to preserve the shape and quality of your bedding, towels and other household fabrics.
So that there isn’t any confusion, we would love to come do your laundry everyday! Unfortunately, we must offer laundry service only in conjunction with a booked home cleaning. We cannot provide laundry service by as a stand alone service.. There must be a laundry room in the building or washer / dryer in your home in order for laundry to be provided. Customers must provide at least detergent but ideally provide us with any desired laundry products such as bleach and/or fabric softener.
Ventura Coast House Cleaning specializes in a careful laundry service while we are cleaning your home. Relax, catch your breath, and smile. Your house and laundry are clean and your laundry is put away. You have never had cleaning so good or so easy.

Linens and Towels
Taking great care of your bedding, towels, etc. is all part of the Ventura Coast House Cleaning experience.
Aside from our professional home cleaners clean your towels and bedding as though it is their very own, all beds will be expertly made, and towels will be placed on the appropriate racks or in a linen closet, as you prefer. We treat your fabrics with the respect they deserve, so that they maintains their beauty and function for as long as possible.
